Description & Requirement

Task requirements •Assist in the tracking of procurement initiatives (supplies, equipment, contracts, purchase orders, etc.) •Provide operation support for the tracking, location and status of all project supplies and equipment. •Provides administrative support with service contracts or other office mechanisms to assure the proper functioning of office equipment. •Assist CDC/GA/DRP deputy in the tracking of meetings, events and other office activities. •Develops agendas for TDYers and VIP visits and forwards them to the proper chain of command for approval and dissemination. •Conduct assessments as needed it on the availability and cost of venues for various project meetings, workshop, trainings, etc. •Develop logistics arrangements for meetings and events. Task deliverables •Review of tacking mechanism and quarterly updates a project status. Review of needs assessment and logistical arrangements. Minimum qualifications •At least two years of experience in care and treatment of HIV/AIDS •At least two years of experience with federal grants and budget processes and cycles •Masters degree in public health, social science, or public administration, with two years post graduate work in public health or public programs •Willingness and ability to read write and speak both Spanish and English on daily basis while interacting with various groups of people (Level two proficiency is required in both languages levels are per the state department foreign service Institute) Please submit a CV and summary of qualifications to resumes@ctsglobalusa.com Looking for an immediate fill!!
