We seek a dynamic and talented HR professional with experience managing multiple locations or a very large location to provide strategic HR direction to the company facilities located in Washington, Oregon, and northern California as an HR Market/Regional Director. In this role you will oversee human resources operations to determine areas of strength and opportunity for improvement. You will work with local and other company leaders to recruit, retain and develop employees to enable strong business and clinical outcomes. You will oversee recruitment process for assigned facilities. You will ensure that the applicant tracking system is fully utilized. You will create/maintain college recruiting and job fair programs. You will collaborate with facility and other leaders in resolving issues with applicant pool or recruitment process flow and resolution. You will be directly responsible for Director level recruitment within market. You will oversee employee survey activity and exit interview process. You will interpret HR policies and Employee Handbooks. Routine travel among the facilities is expected.
Candidates should have a Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field and have eight (8) or more years of HR experience in a multi-site Hospital or specialty healthcare services environment. Our ideal candidate will have managed multiple locations or a very large location. California or Washington state HR experience a definite plus. Must have three (3) or more years of management experience. Preference given to candidates with behavioral hospital experience. We prefer this to be recent and for more than three (3) years in one location. PHR/SPHR preferred. Must have strategic and hands on experience with full cycle recruitment in a health care setting. Preference given to candidates with experience in a for profit environment. Must have experience dealing with union avoidance even proactive training. Must be technically proficient in HR Systems (applicant tracking, HRIS, learning and development, etc.).
