Looking for a great opportunity? We seek candidates with demonstrated leadership experience in skilled nursing billing collections for the role of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. In this role you will be responsible for the billing and collections of a 70+ skilled nursing facility portfolio to ensure accounts receivable objectives are maintained. You will attend facility and regional meetings as needed to develop and maintain relationships. You will monitor business office operations to facilitate timely and accurate billing. You will provide leadership and management for the Central Billing Offices in Kentucky and Michigan. You will provide leadership to Regional Field Staff. You will refine established policies, procedures, and accepted principles to support efforts in the reduction of days’ sales outstanding. You will oversee audit of accounts receivable billing and collections practices to ensure compliance with Federal and state guidelines and managed care requirements set forth in related contracts.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and five (5) or more years of leadership and management experience in skilled nursing billings and collections. Must have previous project management experience. Experience in PCC is desired.
